The Sonar High Aspect Front Wing Series is engineered for the highest speed and efficiency possible across a range of disciplines – from kite foiling to prone foil surfing. With this style of wing, you need minimal pump and power to generate glide. The shorter chord length defines the profile thickness, and with a thin profile comes reduced drag. The span gives you stability and a slightly longer radius turn than a lower aspect ratio wing of the same size. The wingtips are refined to ensure there is no ventilation when you tip breach, giving you the ability to crank tighter radius turns at higher speeds, without losing speed. The smaller HA750 have less planing surface and higher stall speed. They are designed to generate maximum efficiency and lift for high-speed wing foiling, racing, and kite foiling.
Whether winging at speed, laying deep carves on a wave face or pumping and linking up swells on a downwinder – AXIS Power Carbon enters a new realm of control and connection between board and foil. It’s the next giant leap in foiling performance.
High aspect foils = higher loads on masts
During early ART foil testing, our research team quickly realized that higher aspect ratios and broader foil spans applied more bending and twisting forces to the mast. So while ART foils were a game-changer even on our existing masts, we knew there was still huge untapped potential to be realized.
And so began a whole new development project, and we couldn’t be more excited at the result. With a new power profile and carefully considered material selection and placement, AXIS Power Carbon delivers both superior stiffness with next-level strength.
Opting for a one-piece design, we avoided the flow/drag and jointing issues associated with multi-part mast constructions.
Additionally and more importantly, testing proves that maximum loading is concentrated close to the baseplate and this is why the mast tapers thicker at this point to handle the loads. Any joins or two-piece construction at this high load area would destroy the integrity of the mast.
A revised fuselage connection design maximizes the size of the attachment point to achieve a perfect fit to the fuselage reducing any chance of unwanted movement.
The result is a positive connected feel, direct drive, immediate feedback and ultimate control. High aspect foils perform as they should, feel and control enter an entirely new realm.
The new High Modulus Carbon fibre used in our mast layup is considerably stiffer and stronger than the regular carbon fibre used in conventional constructions. Innovative, considered and balanced placement of materials in our proprietary production process paired with rigorous testing has delivered a breathtaking performance leap.
Ride characteristics are so game-changing, that it’s been a struggle to get our team riders to return the prototypes after testing!
Feedback featured claims like ‘a way more positive and connected feel’, ‘immediate feedback’ and ‘ultimate control’.
Choose your Power level
Our new masts are available in two models, the Power Carbon and Power Carbon - High Modulus, the latter providing additional strength and 35% more bend resistance than our industry-leading 19mm aluminium mast. The High Modulus will be the mast of choice for the most discerning rider seeking ultimate performance, and heavier riders using our larger span foils.
With AXIS Power Carbon masts, riders will finally be at one with the foil.
AXIS Power Carbon Masts have a new and greatly improved base connection design. While fully compatible with all existing Red & Black fuselage, a new installation technique/method is required, this involves simply inserting the mast leading edge first into the fuselage opening, then rotating the trailing edge down. Removal is done in reverse, trailing edge rotates out first... super simple!
Remember use only 30mm M8 bolts to attach fuselage to Power Carbon masts

The development of the much faster-running ARTPRO wings prompted us to begin experimenting with reduced chord rear stabilisers to maximise this newfound speed advantage. With minimal span changes (just 7mm between them) and drastic chord reduction down to 55, 50, 45, 40 and 35mm, we found positive gains in speed, control, balance and feel. The Skinnies have inherited many of the same characterises that make our Progressive range so popular, like the precise feel and seamless turn initiation plus recovery. They are very low drag and free up speed and turning. Heavier riders and those less experienced will gravitate to the 55, 50 and 45 chord models, those who are lighter and or have greater experience might opt to reduce drag in the extreme and try the 40 or 35mm chord options. The Skinny rear wings inspire confidence by providing a more comfortable ride at speed, they reduce the normal buildup of front foot pressure that can be associated with high-speed foiling. They are a perfect match to ARTPRO foils, but keep in mind, your HPS, ART, PNG and even BSC, will equally benefit from the Skinny high-performance DNA.

2022/23 Naish Jet Foil Series for maximum performance
There are three versions:
Jet Foil HA (High Aspect) Semi Complete
Jet Foil MA (Medium Aspect) Semi complete
Jet Foil Standard (Low Aspect) Semi Complete
Here are the main differences between these models.
High Aspect (HA) Foil:
High aspect foils typically have longer wings with a narrower chord (width) and a higher aspect ratio (length to width ratio).
These foils are known for providing greater efficiency and speed, making them suitable for advanced users and those looking for maximum performance.
High aspect foils are often preferred for racing and advanced foiling maneuvers due to their reduced drag and improved lift-to-drag ratio.
Medium Aspect (MA) Foil:
Medium aspect foils strike a balance between the characteristics of high and low aspect foils.
They are versatile and can cater to a wider range of riders, offering a good compromise between stability, speed, and maneuverability.
Medium aspect foils are suitable for intermediate foilers who want a balance of performance and control.
Low Aspect (LA) Foil:
Low aspect foils typically have shorter wings with a wider chord, resulting in a lower aspect ratio.
These foils are known for providing more stability and ease of use, making them suitable for beginners and those who prioritize comfort over maximum speed.
Low aspect foils are often chosen for learning to foil and for cruising at lower speeds.
When comparing the 2022 Naish Jet Foil HA, MA, and Standard models, you can expect the High Aspect to prioritize performance and speed, the Medium Aspect to offer a balance of features, and the Standard (Low Aspect) to focus on stability and ease of use.
The high number (for example 1600) gives you the surface of the front wing in cm2.

The FUSELAGE CARBON is an essential complement to the F-ONE Monobloc carbon wings. It connects with the front wing behind the TITAN mast slot in an area where the loads are reduced. Still, the shape of the connection is inspired from the TITAN design and offers a very robust and stiff assembly. At the back, the cradle for the stabilizer is designed with the right angle to make the front wing fly with ease and efficiency.
The FUSELAGE CARBON is built in pre-preg carbon with a foam core to keep the weight extremely light. Some solidly anchored brass inserts are used for all fastenings.

FLIGHTATTENDANT 2Designed with ease of use in mind.
FlightAttendant foils are easy to ride all-rounders. The easy takeoff, stiffness, ventilation resistance, and mid-aspect platform make this a foil that can be used by any rider in almost all conditions.
New design features are made in an effort to increase turning, glide, and most of all predictability. Increased predictability helps you advance your riding from learning on flat water, through to massive jumps and fully ventilated turns.
The profile, outline, twist and taper have been developed in order to allow for great stability, efficiency, easy take off at low speed, and superior maneuverability. All while allowing for impressive performance over a very wide range of speeds.
The curved wingtips keep ventilation from moving up when getting close to the surface, making the FlightAttendant extremely forgiving.
The front wing and stabilizer perfectly complement each other, allowing for a short fuselage that results in a foil that is amazingly stable, and very easy to maneuver.
The outline and perfectly tuned wing and stabilizer will amaze you when effortlessly pumping from one wave to the next.
About our design goals for the new FlightAttendant
The new design features are made in an effort to increase turning, glide, and most of all predictability. We found increased predictability helped advance peoples riding from learning on flat water through massive jumps and fully ventilated turns.Aspect: The Collection 3 foils have a higher aspect ratio to increase the glide/turn ratio. They are also flatter with a less aggressive overall curvature to increase speed and ventilation resistance.Profile: The profile was chosen based on a few factors- ease of takeoff, speed range, and ventilation resistance. The airfoil on the flight attendant has a very low stall speed and high stall angle. This helps get you on foil easily with a wide range of boards, sails, skill level, and conditions. It also helps when landing jumps and pivoting in the pocket. The wingtips have been slightly flattened and straightened this generation. The airfoil gain in ventilation resistance lets us run less curvature in the tip.Fuselage: The new fuselage has been revised to reduce weight and drag while increasing modularity. The mast now uses a conical box-style connection, for absolute rigidity between mast and fuselage, the tail section has a reduced section, and the front wing connection is hollowed out.

The larger HA1450 is ideal for dock starts, pumping to connect wave after wave, coastal runners or stealing wakes. Downwinding: Ocean swells move faster in the open ocean – slower in shallow water or closer to the coast. The faster you move through the water, the more choice you have to choose a more efficient line. The smaller the wing, the less planing surface = less lift and higher stall speed. The HA Series Wings are designed for lighter / more experienced riders to foil in faster-moving ocean swells.
The MA1350 Front Wing is a mid-aspect ratio wing ideal for all rider weights. Easily generates lift without pumping. This performance wing is fast turning, with early planing ability for lighter wind conditions or heavier riders. Suitable for Kite, Wing, Surf and Tow Foiling.
