The F-ONE Rocket Free Surf blends glide, control and maneuverability into a narrow, elongated design made for carving swells, bumps or choppy water with style and precision. Accessible, responsive and incredibly fun in flight, it is designed for prone surf foil, pocket wing, K-Wing and foil assist.
Built for easy take-offs and committed carving
The Rocket Free Surf builds on the foundations that made the Rocket Surf Prone successful, with an elongated outline that helps take-offs, optimized volume distribution and a carefully tuned rake angle for balanced front-to-back foot pressure. Combined with reduced thickness, this creates excellent in-flight control.
A straight rocker line promotes smooth acceleration, while beveled rails reduce drag on touchdowns and allow for more aggressive, committed turns. A slightly flatter nose improves both control and pumping efficiency, while the tapered nose and tail enhance maneuverability and help avoid unwanted contact with the water during carves.
The rear step and kicktail free up water flow and boost pumping amplitude. In addition, the deck has been widened and slightly reshaped to improve foot placement and overall stability.
Playful handling with direct foil feel
Compared to the Free Downwind, the Free Surf is a nimbler board thanks to its tapered nose and bottom outline, reduced thickness and balanced foot pressure. This combination offers excellent pitch stability, even during the most powerful turns.
Built with Bamboo Deck Construction, the board stays light and responsive while maintaining durability and strength. The feeling of the foil is very direct, and control remains precise throughout the entire session, even at high speeds.
