In 2004 Cabrinha took big air kiting to a new level with the Nitro. A kite that was ahead of its time, it powered riders to the top of the podiums around the world. 19 years later we have broken the boundaries in the big air realm and are bringing it back to our roots.
The Nitro is back. A Pat Goodman design from Cab Design Works, which is the pinnacle of Big Air kiting.
Development was a no holds barred approach to see just what could be created to reach the extremities of height and stability. An Apex series product, the Nitro utilizes the most cutting edge materials, purposely developed for use in inflatable structures to be flown in the extreme demands of big air kiting. With phenomenal warp and weft elongation strength, especially under load, Ultra HT material keeps the kite in a stable arc, but the reactive bias movement allows the kite to turn even when under increased pressure allowing the kite to really fly and recover from loops.

STANDARD OR SHORTY
Our standard Dreamstick X is perfectly tuned for all our SuperModels and makes best use of its depower range. However we’ve found that a select group of riders with shorter arms, can have trouble reaching the bar at the end of the bar throw.
This is why we have created the shorty dreamstick X. The depower-throw has been reduced from 50cm to 42cm, while adding length to the depower-cord to keep line-length the same and have full depower potential when combining the cord.
LINE LENGTH
size 43-49cm – 22+2m =24m lines
Dreamstick X comes standard in a 24m line configuration with removable 2 metres for a quick conversion to a 22m configuration.
A unique feature is our foldable line system, which allows you to quickly convert to a 13m, 12m, or 11m setup, depending on whether you fold the lines with or without the 2m extensions, or add the 2m after folding. Ideal for mean kiteloops, foiling, or occasional teaching.
BAR WIDTH
Dreamstick X is easily converted from a 49cm width to a 43cm bar width by flipping the adjusters. We suggest riding SuperModels 4m-6m on 43cm, 7m & 8m on either setting, and 9m and up on 49cm.
KITE COMPATIBILITY
Dreamstick X is compatible with any kite that was designed to be flown on a “Low V” or “Low Split” bar setup with a single line flag-out safety system.
