SOFT EVA BAR ENDS WITH RETRACTABLE LINE WINDERS
The positive buoyancy bar ends with integrated line winder bungees are injection moulded in one piece with no-glue seams for long-lasting quality. The bar ends ensure nothing hard comes in touch with you or your board, float the entire bar, and also contain the concealed rear line adjustment. Even the best quality lines shrink over time, so after a month, we recommend you check your lines are all even and drop them to the bottom knot. It’s easy and takes only a minute to make the change.
PROTECTIVE PU-COVERED LEADER LINES
To help prevent line abrasion from uncovered lines against your skin, we've used colour-coded PU tubing covers. The covers also help them remain rigid and out of the way when the flying lines aren't under tension.
ADJUSTABLE CLEATED TRIM SYSTEM

ADJUSTABLE LENGTH FLYING LINES 22M (12M + 10M)
22m lines have a split at 12m, which is far enough for the bar to travel to completely depower our largest kite when you flag out. Remove the standard 10m top section of flying line and 12m lines are ideal for schools to teach with and for foil racing. 8m and 6m line extensions are available as an accessory for wave riding or tighter kiteloops.
KOOK-PROOF FLYING LINE CONNECTORS
Ensure you always set up your flying lines correctly. Designed to be exactly the same length so you can easily change the front (knotted end) and rear (lark's head loop) connectors to match most other manufacturers' kite configurations. Please familiarise yourself with the safety procedures and trimming instructions outlined in your kite’s user manual.

The 0.34 kg light Barholm is color-coded with orange (left) and petrol (right). The back can be clearly distinguished from the front with a continuous gray design element. The ergonomically shaped, [M] 50cm long bar is protected by an EVA grip and lies comfortably in the hand. The non-slip surface guarantees optimal grip in wet and cold conditions.
SIMPLE QUICK RELEASE
The compact and reliable SIMPLE Quick Release fulfills the French standard (AFNOR) in terms of safety and release forces in the event of contamination. The compact designed chicken loop with stick secure the connection between the harness hook and the control bar and prevent unintentional unhooking. The handy release cap enables precise and low-resistance activation of the safety system in an emergency. The front lines can be turned out manually using the swivel located above the quick release.
B-SAFE SYSTEM READY
The CONNECT Control Bar has been specially configured for products with the B-Safe system. The 4-line FLS system can be converted to a 5-line system in just a few simple steps. After the release, the control bar slides up to 4 m along the 5th line, gathers the kite together and lets it fall down without generating any power. The B-Safe system requires a high split of the front lines (high Y) and a thin line with little air resistance. The PEAK and VIRON product lines have the B-Safe system.
ADJUST TO THE GIVEN CONDITIONS
Use the adjustment options of the flying lines to adapt the CONNECT Control Bar to the weather conditions or your driving style. Choose between 14 m and 21 m flying line length to increase reactivity or to reduce the wind window. The steering lines can be extended with the help of a knot ladder under the floaters. In order to be easy to use for every body size, the depower travel is exactly 45 cm. The Clam Cleat Adjuster can be used to gain a further 20 cm of depower travel.

The B-Safe System:
The CONNECT Control Bar has been specially configured for products which make use of our B-Safe system. The system guides the bar up a 5th line which in turn reefs the kite, bringing it down safely. We recommend this safety system for the PEAK4 and VIRON3 product line.
Can the CONNECT Control Bar be used with SOUL or SONIC or other FLYSURFER products?
Due to the 3 m long release path, SOUL, SONIC, STOKE, BOOST, VMG cannot be flown with the CONNECT Control Bar! In an emergency the kite cannot flag out after activating the safety system and still generats a strong pull. Its use is life-threatening! The CONNECT Control Bar can only be used with PEAK and VIRON!
Is the B-Safe system still usable if I shorten the flying lines of the CONNECT control bar?
Yes, the B-Safe system is fully functional with 14m lines, we recommend this length for training / school / strong winds.
Is the B-Safe system available for other FLYSURFER kites?
No, the B-Safe system is not available for the SOUL, SONIC, STOKE, BOOST and VMG product lines.
Can the B-Safe system be used to land kites?
Yes, the B-Safe system is ideal for the controlled landing of kites.
Why was the high Y chosen for this control bar?
The CONNECT control bar has been designed for low to medium aspect ratio kites and the high split (Y) of the front lines improves the bar feedback.
Is the CONNECT Control Bar also available as a 4-line setup?
No, the CONNECT system will only be available as a 5-line setup.
Is there a Chicken Loop for slider harnesses?
No, the SIMPLE Quick Release is only available in the current edition. Using a harness with a slider rope will damage the chicken loop. The right to complain is not applicable!

STANDARD OR SHORTY
Our standard Dreamstick X is perfectly tuned for all our SuperModels and makes best use of its depower range. However we’ve found that a select group of riders with shorter arms, can have trouble reaching the bar at the end of the bar throw.
This is why we have created the shorty dreamstick X. The depower-throw has been reduced from 50cm to 42cm, while adding length to the depower-cord to keep line-length the same and have full depower potential when combining the cord.
LINE LENGTH
size 43-49cm – 22+2m =24m lines
Dreamstick X comes standard in a 24m line configuration with removable 2 metres for a quick conversion to a 22m configuration.
A unique feature is our foldable line system, which allows you to quickly convert to a 13m, 12m, or 11m setup, depending on whether you fold the lines with or without the 2m extensions, or add the 2m after folding. Ideal for mean kiteloops, foiling, or occasional teaching.
BAR WIDTH
Dreamstick X is easily converted from a 49cm width to a 43cm bar width by flipping the adjusters. We suggest riding SuperModels 4m-6m on 43cm, 7m & 8m on either setting, and 9m and up on 49cm.
KITE COMPATIBILITY

The new Trust Bar takes control to a new level, with an improved depower system and a big step forward for the chicken loop. The new Iron Heart VI features a Click-In Safety System; this allows you to simply push the chicken loop into the Iron Heart VI for easy connection. Perfect for riders using a rope slider bar and a real help when you pop your chicken loop and need to reconnect, especially in the water. It’s a whole new Depower Line Setup including a new Vario Cleat combined with the new Adjuster Clip to store the depower line. This has been specially designed for Duotone, featuring a new Dyneema line that minimises wear and gives the best feeling for your fingers. The whole system was never so slick and organized. Mit der neuen Trust Bar erlebst du ein ganz neues Level von Kontrolle – mit einem verbesserten Depower-System und einer großen Weiterentwicklung des Chicken-Loops. Das neue Iron Heart VI verfügt über ein Click-in-Sicherheitssystem, mit dem du den Chicken-Loop jedes Mal, wenn du ihn brauchst, ganz einfach in das Iron Heart VI hineindrücken kannst. Perfekt für Fahrer, die eine Ropeslider-Bar verwenden, und eine echte Hilfe, wenn der Chicken-Loop mal aufgeht und du dich wieder einhaken musst, besonders im Wasser. Es handelt sich um ein völlig neues Depower Line Setup mit einem neuen Vario Cleat in Kombination mit dem neuen Adjuster Clip zur Aufbewahrung der Depower Line. Er wurde speziell für Duotone entwickelt und verfügt über eine neue Dyneema-Leine, die den Verschleiß minimiert und angenehm in der Hand liegt. Das ganze System war noch nie so gut durchdacht und organisiert. Die FLITE99 Leinen von Robline reduzieren den Luftwiderstand und bieten ein direkteres Lenkverhalten. Der neue V Distributor III lässt sich zudem leicht so einstellen, dass die Frontline schnell geteilt wird. Für ein sehr niedriges V kann er auch ganz einfach komplett abgenommen werden. Das macht die Trust Bar mit den meisten Kites auf dem Markt kompatibel. Bei den neuen Pigtails wurde die Ummantelung auf die Stellen reduziert, wo sie wirklich benötigt wird. Dadurch werden das Gewicht und der Luftwiderstand an einem kritischen Verbindungspunkt zum Kite verringert. Dank Suicide Ring Leinenverbindungssystem kannst du im vollen Sicherheitsmodus fahren oder Suicide für Unhooked-Fahren einrichten.
