Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your contract within fourteen days (by letter, fax, email or phone) without having to state your reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for multiple goods that you ordered through a single order and that were delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the final item.
In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple part deliveries, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the final partial delivery or item.

You may also inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by sending us the template cancellation form attached. You can also complete and send the template cancellation form or an express declaration electronically via our website www.you-love-it.eu
Should you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. via email) send you confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal.
To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication about your exercising of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the Withdrawal
Should you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. For the refund, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless an explicit alternative agreement is made with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or transfer the goods free of charge for us and promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is regarded as met if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. Items that cannot be sent as a parcel will be picked up from your premises.
You must pay for any deterioration in value of the goods only if this deterioration in value can be attributed to your handing of the goods in a way that is not necessary for the inspection of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Information
1. To make it as easy as possible to process your cancellation, we request that you please use the relevant form, which can be found below.
2. Please prevent items from being damaged or becoming dirty. Where possible, please send the item back to us in its original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection from transport damage.
3. We will gladly pick up the goods from you or reimburse you the postage and packaging costs upon request, insofar as these are not to be borne by you.
4. Please note that the items 1-3 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercising of the right of withdrawal.
