Carbon 35 Masts 75 cm, 85 cm, 95 cm, 105 cm The new Naish C35 monocoque composite mast with its integral molded base features 35% UD carbon content and strikes the perfect balance of technology and performance at a great price. Weight is kept to a minimum thanks to a dual expanding foam core, and the smaller profile (shared with the C100 mast) reduces drag dramatically. Corrosion issues are completely eliminated thanks to (2) 12 mm stainless steel inserts laminated into the mast structure and paired with our molded fuselage connector that acts as a corrosion barrier.
Our new highest quality pre-preg carbon mast delivers a stiffer, more direct feel and more immediate feedback. Tapered for optimal load transfer and lower surface friction, the refined one-piece design presents a strong, durable and corrosion-free choice across all disciplines. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm). Designed for our entire foil line, the AXIS masts are stiff, strong, and ready for any use and conditions. We designed our masts for 2021 to give our foilers a very direct feeling to their foil which is critical for foiling. We even sourced our own high quality aluminium and bought tons of it, to ensure we only have the highest quality raw materials for our foils. Our 19mm masts are 224% stiffer than the 15mm thick masts (most other foil companies use). It's even stiffer than any other carbon mast on the market today. This gives you more control and fast input from your feet to the front wing. Do you find the 750mmm just a bit too short for your local spot, but the 900mm is a bit too long? Then the 820mm is certainly the right length for you. Perfect for higher performance riding on Surf, tow-in, Wake, Pump, SUP, Wing or Kite. The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminum masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings. It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminum mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.

Impossibly thin. Impressively fast. We’ve reduced the thickness of the submerged portion of our new High Modulus Prepreg Carbon masts by over 15% compared to our standard Carbon masts, while also increasing both bending and torsional stiffness. The HM80 favours disciplines without wind power - prone surf, pump and downwind. The shorter chord length over the entire mast length reduces drag and increases manoeuvrability. This delivers more glide, more efficient pumping, and quicker turns. The HM85 covers all disciplines, with a focus on wing-foiling. Wind-powered disciplines require edging against the wind to create forward drive. Some of this drive comes from the front wing, and some comes from the mast. To efficiently provide this drive, the chord length in the submerged part of the mast is slightly longer. It increases near the top of the mast to maximise stiffness with no drag penalty, as this part of the mast is clear of the water once on foil. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed. Ventilation on the mast is now a thing of the past. We paid particular attention to this detail, so no matter the sea state, ventilation on the mast's TE is significantly reduced. The HM105 has been optimised for racing. The thickness of the submerged part of the mast is a further 1mm thinner than the HM80 and HM85, to provide maximum top-end speed. As a result this mast is not for jumping. Like the HM85, the chord length in the submerged region has been tailored to provide good upwind drive, while the chord length increases above the waterline to maximise stiffness. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed. High aspect foils = higher loads on mastsDuring early ART foil testing, our research team quickly realized that higher aspect ratios and broader foil spans applied more bending and twisting forces to the mast. While fully compatible with all existing Red & Black fuselage, a new installation technique/method is required, this involves simply inserting the mast leading edge first into the fuselage opening, then rotating the trailing edge down. Removal is done in reverse, trailing edge rotates out first... super simple!Remember use only 30mm M8 bolts to attach fuselage to Power Carbon masts
