Note: Insulation depends on layering (e.g. base layers), materials, fit, and water temperature. All temperature ratings refer to water temperature, not air temperature. Since water draws heat from the body faster than air, poor fit can lead to rapid heat loss – even in warmer weather. Wind, windchill, and session length also affect your thermal comfort.
