Our new high-strength pre-preg carbon fuselage is strong, durable and corrosion resistant, and weighs ~50% less than the alloy version, with equal strength and stiffness. The shorter length C600 Fuselage improves pumpability and has a sporty feel with earlier take-offs. The forgiving longer C700 fuselage is ideal for wing-foiling or learning to foil, offering greater stability and more control.

Aufbauend auf dem positiven Feedback, das wir für unsere 60cm Alu 3BS Fuselage erhalten haben, haben wir beschlossen, diese Verbesserungen auf unsere längeren Fuselages auszudehnen. Wir haben jetzt 66 cm und 74 cm AL 3BS Fuselages, die unsere früheren Carbon-Fuselages mit 68 und 78 cm ersetzen. Die Umstellung auf Aluminium ermöglicht es uns, den Querschnitt der Fuselage zu reduzieren und dadurch den durch die Fuselage erzeugten Widerstand zu verringern. Alle unsere AL 3BS-Fuselagens verfügen über eine kleine Vertiefung hinten, in die der Stabilisator eintaucht und die Hydrodynamik verbessert. Sie haben große Aussparungen, wo die Befestigung des Frontflügels ist, um das Gewicht auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Natürlich erfordern die neuen Aluminium-Fuselages etwas mehr Pflege und müssen nach jedem Gebrauch demontiert und mit Süßwasser gespült werden, aber wir glauben, dass der Gewinn an Leistung es wert ist!

The specific manganese-aluminum alloy that we use for this fuselage features significant strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The addition of large amounts of manganese controls the grain structure, which in turn results in a stronger alloy.
The shape of the FK647 is designed to minimize hydraulic structure resistance and increase performance for kitesurfing.
CNC shaped to have the smoothest surfaces and subjected to hard elox 50um surface treatment: this fuselage is the state of art in aluminum milling.
Always keep the threaded holes clean and lubricate them often using lithium grease (code MHW033) to avoid and prevent oxidation and corrosion due to seawater. Always clean your fuselage with fresh water after use

Der einzigartige Trick ist unser cleveres Design, das die Schraube, die das Tail mit dem Frontwing verbindet, unter dem Mast versteckt. So können wir die traditionellen, sichtbaren Schraubenköpfe eliminieren, die bei den Foils unserer Mitbewerber mit ähnlichen Semi-Gleiter-Konzepten zu sehen sind.
Die D/LAB-Tails sind in drei Längen erhältlich. Ein kürzeres Stück von 37 cm, das in Verbindung mit einem Frontwing dem 60 cm Fuselage entspricht, ein 43 cm Tail, das der 66 cm Fuselage entspricht, und ein 47 cm Tail, das zur 70 cm Fuselage passt.
Wähle das 37 cm Tail für eine agile Fahrt und die Möglichkeit, engere Turns zu ziehen, oder nimm das 43 cm Tail für die perfekte Balance zwischen Manövrierfähigkeit und Kontrolle. Das 47 cm Tail bietet maximale Stabilität bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten und passt perfekt zu unserem Blitz D/LAB, ist aber auch mit allen anderen D/LAB-Foils kompatibel.
Eine zusätzliche 4. M6-Schraube kann bei den Blitz D/LAB Wings verwendet werden, um die Stabilität des Tails und die Kontrolle bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten weiter zu verbessern. Alle anderen D/LAB-Gleiter werden mit einer passgenauen Abdeckung geliefert, um das zusätzliche Loch für die 4. Schraube zu schließen.
Die Carbon-Konstruktion der D/LAB-Tails garantiert nicht nur wartungsfreien Betrieb, sondern die starke Verbindung zum Frontwing über zwei M8- und eine M6-Schraube (37 cm & 43 cm) oder zwei M6-Schrauben (47 cm) sorgt dafür, dass das gesamte Foil so steif ist wie ein einteiliger Gleiter, wie ihn unsere Daytona-Foils besitzen.

Are you looking to push harder, carve tighter turns and want an even more connected feeling on the larger PNG and BSC front wings? Our new Red Advance fuselage is for you.In three different sizes you get tons of options to fine tune your setup. This design sees the mast position moved 40mm closer to the front foil, opening up entirely new options for performance.The regular Red fuselages are perfectly suited to the majority of riders across all disciplines. By no means are these new Red Advance fuselage intended to replace them. They just provide options for performance and a more connected feel when pushing the limits.
As the mast position on the Red Advance Fuselage is moved closer to the front wing, the effective length of the fuselage behind the mast is now slightly increased (by 40mm).
When choosing your Red Advance Fuselage, it’s advisable to possibly opt for a length shorter than you are currently using. If you’re currently using an Ultrashort, you might consider the Crazyshort instead.
The Red Advance fuselage is available in Short, Ultrashort and Crazyshort sizing. Compatible with all the front wings that use the red fuselage. Compared to the regular Red fuselage range, these 3 new little siblings provide a looser, smoother transition from side-to-side. FuselageOur fuselage uses a conical box-style connection. This means that the tension from the screws when you tighten them is transferred to the four sides of the box to deliver absolute mast/fuselage rigidity. The angle of the side walls have been designed to be outside the cone of friction, to make sure that the mast/fuselage connection never becomes stuck.The mast/fuselage screws are socket heads, this ensures that the screws are getting only vertical tension when assembled, and are not participating in the centering of the mast/fuselage like a countersunk screw would do. This is made possible thanks to the conical box and allows for the use of only two lightweight M6 titanium screws..

The FUSELAGE CARBON is an essential complement to the F-ONE Monobloc carbon wings. It connects with the front wing behind the TITAN mast slot in an area where the loads are reduced. Still, the shape of the connection is inspired from the TITAN design and offers a very robust and stiff assembly. At the back, the cradle for the stabilizer is designed with the right angle to make the front wing fly with ease and efficiency.
The FUSELAGE CARBON is built in pre-preg carbon with a foam core to keep the weight extremely light. Some solidly anchored brass inserts are used for all fastenings.
