The kite that spawned not only a style of riding but also a whole generation of kiters has evolved into the highest performing Switchblade to date.
Taking the known Switchblade DNA, the creatives in the Design Works team have evolved this 5 strut design through use of new technologies, construction techniques and internal adjustments, to give a more playful, lighter feeling kite, while still remaining predictable and stable.
This Lite Series kite utilizes the HTD Lite materials which make this the lightest Switchblade to date. Combined with the Integrated Structural Canopy (ISC) we have been able to greatly reduce the weight of the kite while increasing longevity and improving steering speed.

As our most lightweight harness to date, the Stealth weighs in at just 900g (or 1,98lb) which is 37% lighter than the previous model. All this is due to the Stealth’s shape and padding, which is now built in 3D, giving us a minimal yet smooth grip all around. Freedom of movement is optimized by removing height from the sides, which also reduces the pressure points when riding. The Battlebelt is now thinner and half the thickness of what it used to be, saving on weight and minimizing friction. To round it off, the Stealth features our new Flexcover storage system with an integrated safety knife pocket. Please note: safety knife and handlepass loop are sold separately. The Vandal was designed to take on high impact, as a sturdy helmet that we can rely on from one day to the next. This CE approved helmet is lined with EVA foam which is slightly more bulky than the Pro, but is lined with detachable 3D Mesh fit pads for comfort.
