SPADE PRO CROSSOVER SURF Sizes: 5’3” x 18.5” x 2” x 21L / 5’7” x 19” x 2.2” x 24.9L In dieser Saison haben wir das Spade in einigen wichtigen Punkten optimiert. Wir haben die Breite etwas verringert, damit die Rail des Spades mehr Grip auf dem Wasser hat. Es ist jetzt viel einfacher, die Rail in buttom turns lange zu halten oder das Board kurz vor einem Air-Trick mit dem hinten Fuß aufzuladen. Das Spade hat jetzt auch einen bottom channel durch das Heck, der für Auftrieb und Geschwindigkeit sorgt. Außerdem haben wir eine fünfte Finnenbox hinzugefügt, um eine Quad- oder eine Thruster-Finnenkonfiguration zu ermöglichen. Board features Centre channel The first change we made is that we added a single centre channel on the bottom of the board, right between the feet. This increases the board upwind ability by reducing the rocker in the middle of the board. Making the board a bit more user friendly. When carving, the board follows the rail line which still has quite a bit of rocker, to allow for tight turns in the pocket. Double grab rails Another unique feature is the double grab rail. The Applino V2 now has grab rails on both the deck AND the bottom of the board. This gives an even better grip when doing board-off freestyle tricks. Outline and rocker The rocker is moderate to high. With a single concave running into a V behind the front fins. All there to make the board loose and snappy while maintaining control. The Applino V2 is thin throughout with a slightly wider outline compared to a more traditional Klokhouse Noseless. This makes the rail bite a bit more so you can really put pressure on the board when initiating a jump. The wider front gives you an easier landing area. Kick in the tail The added kick in the tail helps loosen up the board and it also helps when landing reverse. Fin setup The Applino V2 comes with a thruster fin setup.

When designing the Gecko, we set off to create a strapless only board made for kiters who prefer a directional over a twin tip but primarily ride flatwater or choppy spots like Tarifa or Hood River.
