Performance, Freedom of Movement and Thermal Protection

The XTEND is a performance wetsuit made to move with you, no matter the discipline. Renowned for its exceptional freedom of movement, lightness and comfort, it provides excellent thermal protection while taking a significant step forward in sustainability.

For 2026, the XTEND features OCENA®, a neoprene-free, bio-based foam made with natural rubber sourced from FSC-certified forests close to the factory in South-East Asia. The material is enriched with oyster shell powder and plant-based oil.

Inside, the XTEND Fleece balances flexibility and lightness to keep you warm without weighing you down. The ultra-stretch Squareflex Jersey around the shoulders and arms follows every movement with ease.

Construction and Technologies

Designed in 3D

MANERA wetsuits are modelled in 3D before innovative software converts the design into a precise 2D factory pattern. This creates a natural, second-skin fit.

Strategic Structure

The wetsuit is designed to protect areas exposed to friction, tension and tearing. Seams are kept away from high-tension and friction zones, positioned to stretch vertically and reinforced at strategic panels.

SD² Tape 2.0

The material layers are glued and blind stitched without completely puncturing the foam. SD² tape is then welded onto the seams using an air-heater process to improve durability, waterproofness and flexibility.

XTEND Fleece

The new generation of thermal material insulates and keeps you warm while remaining lighter than a traditional fleece. It also provides a particularly fast drying time.

Key Pockets and Water Strainer

Two key pockets with elastic attachment ropes are positioned on the side of the shin and inside the suit below the front zip.

A perforated water strainer at calf height drains water from the leg immediately during the session.

How to Choose the Right Wetsuit Size

Prioritize weight: Find your weight in the size chart first and then compare your height. Wetsuit sizing is primarily a matter of body volume.
A tight initial fit is necessary: The innovative 3D cut should feel very tight when first tried on. The material loosens after a few hours in the water.
Consider your position within the range: At the lower end of a weight interval, the suit will fit more loosely. At the upper end, it will feel tighter.
Tall sizes: Choose a “T” size for a tall and thin body shape, starting from approximately 10 kg below your height value, for example 70 kg at 180 cm = ST.
Short sizes: Choose an “S” size for a shorter and wider body shape, starting from approximately 10 kg above your height value, for example 75 kg at 165 cm = MS.
