Design & Construction

The GT4+ delivers wave-to-freeride versatility with sharper responsiveness, instant feedback and confident control. Advanced material refinement makes the wing lighter and more direct, with seamless drift and power.

An optimised strut shape with an extended canopy connection improves stiffness and handling. The ergonomic carbon boom improves load transfer and precision for a tighter, more connected feel.

The GT4+ uses premium XTC TEX 2.0 and X6 ripstop materials for a light, stiff and durable construction. An additional XTC TEX 2.0 reinforcement layer across the central leading edge enhances rigidity and helps the wing maintain its shape in demanding conditions.

The dihedral-shaped structure, refined tip twist and slim leading edge reduce drag for outstanding upwind performance. The deep, efficient profile supports low-end performance and a wide usable wind range.

Technology

• XTC TEX 2.0
  5× stronger than traditional Dacron while remaining stiff and ultra-light. Low water absorption and high-modulus yarns reduce weight and minimise deformation in inflatable structures. A smaller, stronger leading edge and struts deliver direct, responsive and efficient steering.

• X4 Ripstop
  Superior canopy fabric that is tough and tear-resistant for long-term performance. The 4×4 ripstop polyester construction has minimal stretch and added UV protection. Developed with Teijin for strength and dynamic responsiveness.

• X6 Ripstop
  Lightweight ultra-high-tenacity polyester yarn used in the trailing edge. It increases stability and tension, reduces flutter and improves force transition between the inflatable structure and the canopy.

• Push Lock
  Simple and intuitive valve operation for effortless setup and pack-down. Push and turn counter-clockwise for inflation, push down and turn clockwise for deflation.

• CS Carbon Wing Bar
  Light and stiff carbon composite wing bar with two integrated attachment points on the middle strut.

• 2 Window Panels
  Two large window panels for visibility.

• Leash Attachment
  Leash attachment points are featured on all Eleveight wings. All wing products are sold complete with a coiled wrist leash.

• Exoskeleton Centre Frame Stiffening
  The two centre segments of the leading edge are additionally reinforced. An extra layer of XT 2.0 increases rigidity to form a stiffening exoskeleton for the centre frame.

• German Made PU Bladder Material
  Tough, lightweight German-made material forms the core inflatable bladder structure and is engineered to optimise weight and durability.

• Load Dynamic Triple Seam
  Triple-stitched, reinforced leading-edge closing seam prevents stitch movement and maximises durability. Extra centre reinforcements handle higher loads, while high-strength adhesive seam tapes increase rigidity.

• Ultra-Light Load Diffuser
  X6 ripstop fabric creates a lightweight, stable transition between the canopy and trailing edge. Double layers reinforce the tear line, reduce flapping and enhance aerodynamic shape and durability.

• 2 Step Force Transition
  Extra double X6 layer between the inflatable frame and X4 ripstop. The optimised load transition enhances stability and durability while providing efficient, protected load transfer.
