Ultra-stiff high-performance carbon mast for maximum control, glide and direct response The F-ONE UHM Carbon Mast 14 is built for heavier riders seeking even more stiffness, lightness, control and energy transfer. Developed to push performance further, it combines a thin profile with a highly refined carbon construction for unmatched rigidity and responsiveness on the water. Thin profile for speed, glide and efficient acceleration With its thin 14 mm profile, this mast slices cleanly through the water to reduce drag and improve acceleration, pumping efficiency and top-end speed. From the very first ride, it delivers a light, fast and direct feel, turning every leg input into instant glide and forward motion. This makes it especially effective for riders looking for total control while downwinding, freestyling or freeriding. Ultra High Modulus Carbon layup for maximum stiffness The custom Ultra High Modulus Carbon layup makes this mast 28% stiffer for exceptional rigidity and responsiveness. The result is precise control in both bending and torsion, excellent maneuverability and a highly direct feeling underfoot. The carbon fibers are carefully distributed lengthwise to optimize bending stiffness and at approximately 45° to optimize torsional stiffness. In addition, the layup is specifically tuned for each mast length to ensure the best performance in each discipline and condition. Full Monobloc construction with reinforced SPINE structure Molded in one shot from pre-preg carbon, the one-piece construction integrates a reinforced SPINE internal structure and benefits from F-ONE’s Dynamic Structural Design. This creates incredible rigidity while reducing drag to a minimum. The full Monobloc construction improves starts, glide, top speed and the overall connection between foil and board, while the optimized structure ensures excellent control and precision through turns. Updated TITAN 2 connection and top plate The mast features the new top plate and TITAN 2 mast foot at the bottom. The top plate is compatible with lockable T-nuts and includes the keyhole-shaped Quick-Attach System for faster assembly. The TITAN 2 connection improves structural efficiency and creates a stiffer, more direct connection between components. This helps deliver better glide, a more immediate feel and excellent reliability. Developed with an ultra-thin profile and a highly refined construction, this mast is built to maximize speed, efficiency and direct control across demanding foil disciplines. Ultra-thin profile for exceptional glide and top-end speed With a profile measuring just 12 mm at its thinnest point, this mast is designed to minimize drag and maximize glide. Its tapered chord and thickness make it slightly wider and thicker at the top before narrowing toward the fuselage, creating a shape that helps generate more speed and efficiency on the water. This ultra-thin design makes it especially effective for downwind runs, high-speed wing foiling and kite foiling, while also helping riders gain more pop and height during tricks. UHM Carbon layup for increased rigidity and precision The custom Ultra High Modulus (UHM) Carbon layup makes this mast 25% stiffer in bending than the HM Carbon 14 mast. This provides exceptional rigidity and more precise control in both bending and torsion, resulting in a very direct feel underfoot and excellent maneuverability. The UHM Carbon fiber layup is also 1.2x stiffer than High Modulus Carbon and 1.8x stiffer than regular carbon fiber, giving this mast the structural performance needed for such a thin profile. Advanced one-piece construction with optimized internal structure Molded and cured in a single shot from carbon pre-preg, the one-piece construction integrates F-ONE’s optimized SPINE internal structure. The F-ONE aluminum mast can be connected to the board with several options. Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head. All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system. The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminum. The accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect. Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections. The Top Plate has become standard on the market and is compatible with any board featuring a Twin-Tracks system. The spacing we use for the four screws is 160×90 mm, but our latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm. The Top Tuttle makes F-ONE foils compatible with all Tuttle boards. The Tuttle format is the original and standard one. A flange has been added around the base of the head to better spread the load through the structure of the board. The KF and DKF heads make current F-ONE foils compatible with kite or SUP foil boards produced previously with these boxes. ALU MAST 45 > 95 CM The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, stand up paddle, wing foil and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm). A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).
