The F-ONE aluminum mast can be connected to the board with several options. Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head. All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system. The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminum. The accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect. Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections. The Top Plate has become standard on the market and is compatible with any board featuring a Twin-Tracks system. The spacing we use for the four screws is 160×90 mm, but our latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm. The Top Tuttle makes F-ONE foils compatible with all Tuttle boards. The Tuttle format is the original and standard one. A flange has been added around the base of the head to better spread the load through the structure of the board. The KF and DKF heads make current F-ONE foils compatible with kite or SUP foil boards produced previously with these boxes. ALU MAST 45 > 95 CM The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, stand up paddle, wing foil and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm). A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).  

TITAN Mast Foot V2 The TITAN Mast Foot V2 is the connecting part that makes F-ONE aluminum masts compatible with all TITAN V2 fuselages and wings. It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN Mast Foot V2, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminum mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws. Technology Aluminium 6063 & 6061 This aluminum alloy boasts very good mechanical properties and can be processed in many ways while also offering a natural resistance to corrosion. Produced from an extrusion process, F-ONE aluminum profiles make the most of this homogeneous material to provide perfect stiffness both in torsion and bending. All areas in contact with other metals or carbon parts are duly isolated against galvanic reactions. Machining blocks of aluminum 6061 guarantees maximum accuracy and preserves the mechanical properties of this higher grade of aluminum. All parts are fully anodized and stainless-steel inserts are fitted with insulating gel when fastening is required. TITAN 2 Connection The TITAN 2 connection introduces a revised design to deliver even greater efficiency, rigidity and reliability at the critical junction between the mast and foil. Building on the compact, stiff and easy-to-assemble format that made the original TITAN so effective, the TITAN 2 uses only two M8 screws and benefits from a reinforced structural connection. The result is improved precision and responsiveness while maintaining excellent hydrodynamic performance. Riders benefit from a more direct feel underfoot, improved pumping and a stronger connection to the foil in all conditions. This added stiffness also allows riders to stand higher on the mast, helping reduce drag and optimize glide.
