The F-ONE aluminum mast can be connected to the board with several options. Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head. All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system. The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminum. The accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect. Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections. The Top Plate has become standard on the market and is compatible with any board featuring a Twin-Tracks system. The spacing we use for the four screws is 160×90 mm, but our latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm. The Top Tuttle makes F-ONE foils compatible with all Tuttle boards. The Tuttle format is the original and standard one. A flange has been added around the base of the head to better spread the load through the structure of the board. The KF and DKF heads make current F-ONE foils compatible with kite or SUP foil boards produced previously with these boxes. To prevent air pressure build-up we’ve installed a two-way GORE™ Protective Vent on the top deck. This allows air to pass in and out of the board, while preventing water from entering. The vent is factory-fitted and does not require any adjustment. DOUBLE CONCAVE DECK There is a significant amount of concave in the deck that works to position the rider lower and makes the board more stable to ride. The concave puts all the volume outside on the rails, so the centre of the board is the low point. INTEGRATED PVC STRUCTURAL STRINGER SYSTEM The DropBox foil mounting tracks are embedded into a high-density closed-cell PVC block. Two high-density PVC stringers are glued to each side of this block, distributing the load lengthwise, and the full system connects the top and bottom laminate skins for maximum support. DROPBOX ADJUSTABLE FOIL MOUNTING TRACK Speed-dial your foil setup. Simply drop your foil pre-assembled with screws and t-nuts into the track, slide it backwards, then tighten the screws to fasten. Our unique structurally-integrated DropBox has a longer track for a wider adjustment range, allowing you to precision-tune the foil set up for your rider weight. A measurement guide next to the track aids correct positioning. Industry-standard 90mm track spacing means the DropBox is compatible with most foil systems. INTEGRATED UNDERSIDE CARRY HANDLE Recessed carry handle on the underside of the foil board allows balanced load handling with or without the foil attached and leaves your other hand free to carry your wing or paddle down to the water.  COMPACT OUTLINE WITH GENEROUS NOSE VOLUME The shorter the board, the more effective it is for pumping, the less swing weight, and the more aerodynamic and manoeuvrable it is when riding up on the foil. The reverse shear of the deck and downward curve in the nose allows for greater control over the board, even when fully submerged on water starts. The extra nose volume was added on top so the boards could be cut short without losing stability and allows you to ride a board 6” shorter. The volume in the nose also stops you nose-diving when you’re paddling into a wave and helps keep the water off the concave deck. The FUSELAGE CARBON is an essential complement to the F-ONE Monobloc carbon wings. It connects with the front wing behind the TITAN mast slot in an area where the loads are reduced. Still, the shape of the connection is inspired from the TITAN design and offers a very robust and stiff assembly. At the back, the cradle for the stabilizer is designed with the right angle to make the front wing fly with ease and efficiency. The tail is pinched in to improve water flow and reduce the drag. The lower tail volume also helps rocking and pumping the board for take-off. The hard chines of the bevel improve water separation, thus helping during take-off and reducing deceleration on touchdowns. A third chine at the back provides extra stability and improves water separation at the tail as well. Finally, the flat hull noticeably features a small step which brings air onto the rear part of the hull. This reduces friction and once again helps during take-off. Once up on the foil, the board is designed to be super stable. The subtle, recessed cockpit-like deck lowers your center of gravity and brings you closer to the foil, leading to excellent control of the board in-flight. The ROCKET SUP DW PRO benefits from the same shape as its CARBON counterpart, but features an ultra-light Bamboo Deck Construction. Using a layer of bamboo only on the deck, this construction has been optimized to guarantee the board is as light as possible, all while ensuring strength and durability as well. Naturally, the ROCKET SUP DW PRO is slightly less stiff than its CARBON counterpart, particularly when pumping, but the performance potential on the water is close as both boards have the same shape and program.
